Frequently Asked Questions

GBL is a mobile phlebotomy service based out of Lakewood, CO. We do not have an office you can come to at this time.

GBL Phone line is on from 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Saturday. We do not answer the phone on Sunday, but will happily return any voicemails Monday Morning. We will make every accommodation we can in regard to appointment scheduling. If you need to schedule for a time outside of booking hours, please send us an email through our "contact us" section and we will do our best to meet your scheduling needs.

GBL Phlebotomy accepts most major credit cards, as well as cash and check. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to bill insurance at this time. We can provide an invoice to submit for reimbursement for mobile phlebotomy services, please check with your insurance company to see if this is a service that is covered.

The performing laboratory is generally decided by your insurance plan. (please note that I only charge for the mobile draw fee, your laboratory testing will be billed to your insurance by the performing laboratory) Some physicians have a preferred lab they use, please check with your physician and/or your insurance company to see what the preferred laboratory is for your plan.

Only physicians can order laboratory testing in the state of Colorado. However, there are some third party sites where you can order your own labs and pay for them online. Insurance generally isn't an option to use for these services. We recommend visiting our friends at Well Focused Paramed to purchase your own lab tests.
